چکیده
Abstract From the field equations corresponding to a four-dimensional brane embedded in five-dimensional spacetime of Einstein–Chern–Simons theory for gravity, we find cosmological solutions that describe an accelerated expansion flat universe. Apart from quintessence-type evolution scheme, obtain transient phantom evolution, which is not ruled out by current observational data. Additionally, bouncing solution shown. The introduction kinetic term action shows de Sitter behavior although energy density constant. A quintessence also found. We conjecture on possible geometric origin dark coming this action.

Four-Dimensional Entropy from Three-Dimensional Gravity.
At the horizon of a black hole, the action of (3+1)-dimensional loop quantum gravity acquires a boundary term that is formally identical to an action for three-dimensional gravity. I show how to use this correspondence to obtain the entropy of the (3+1)-dimensional black hole from well-understood conformal field theory computations of the entropy in (2+1)-dimensional de Sitter space.
متن کامل-non-perturbative Four-Dimensional String Cosmology
Starting from an exact (in the Regge slope α ′ ) functional method for a bosonic stringy σ-model, we investigate four-dimensional cosmological string solutions in graviton, dilaton and antisymmetric tensor backgrounds, compatible with world-sheet conformal invariance, and valid beyond perturbative expansions in powers of α ′ . The antisymmetric tensor field, playing the rôle of an axion in the ...
متن کامل12j-symbols and four-dimensional quantum gravity
We propose a model which represents a four-dimensional version of Ponzano and Regge’s three-dimensional euclidean quantum gravity. In particular we show that the exponential of the euclidean Einstein-Regge action for a 4d-discretized block is given, in the semiclassical limit, by a gaussian integral of a suitable 12j-symbol. Possible developments of this result are discussed.
متن کاملGravitation and Cosmology in Generalized (1+1)-dimensional dilaton gravity
The actions of the “R = T” and string-inspired theories of gravity in (1+1) dimensions are generalized into one single action which is characterized by two functions. We discuss differing interpretations of the matter stress-energy tensor, and show how two such different interpretations can yield two different sets of field equations from this action. The weak-field approximation, post-Newtonia...
متن کاملConserved Currents in D-dimensional Gravity and Brane Cosmology
We construct conserved currents, divergences of antisymmetric tensor densities (superpotentials) in D-dimensional gravity on arbitrary curved backgrounds using proven methods. These superpotentials have two remarkable properties: they depend in an essential way on second derivatives in the Lagrangian and are independent on divergences added to it. The conserved currents are thus particulary wel...
